Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of London on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a three lap training ride with some sprints and good chatting. Roger was our sweeper for today, thanks mate.
And as always we had a mini-race at the end of the ride.

For the lead in lap we did around 2,6 W/kg until the first sprint. After the sprint was done we pushed more around 2,8 W/kg for the whole lap, around 3,2 W/kg on the bumpers.
The sprints were really interesting to watch. The number were rising from lap to lap.

In the end we had a solid 10.23 for the 200m sprint, congrats D. Bolton.
Right before the mini-race I pushed the group to a little higher numbers for having a good start and some blood in the muscles.
As always on this London Flat course we started the optional mini-race at Harrods.
I stayed on pace, but the racers started pushing them selfs right from my GO GO GO. It was a tight pack of riders giving all they had left in their legs. At the end we had a solid number one with very close riders for the places.

Congratulations B. Wu, Valois and D. Bolton for the podium.
Congrats Jesper M. for your first ride with us and thanks to all for having fun with us today.
