Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of France on the “Casse-Pattes” course on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a two lap training ride with two sprints, two climbs each lap and an optional mini-race at the end of the ride.
Today I was leading our 6Points Mallorca team through the virtual streets of London on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a three lap training ride with some sprints and good chatting. Brian was our sweeper for today, thanks mate. Also thanks to Ian P. for helping out in the peloton.
As always we had some sprints and an optional mini-race at the end of the ride and the challenge to catch our “red light” during the mini-race.
