Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of France on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a two lap training ride on the “Douce France” course.
We had some sprints and a KOM during the ride and our optional minirace with the at the end.

We started at a steady 190W during the lead-in and the coming kilometres. After that I went up to 194W for the flats and a little more on the bumps.
We had a good group today staying close together for getting the best draft possible. Most of the course was just for training purpose.

Of course we also had a good KOM. I only opened the fence during the first lap, not the second one. On the downhill it was a little hard getting the group together again because of the uphill part for the KOM. Lets check out who did the best time:

Before we went into our optional minirace we relaxed a bit. We came to our starting point where I gave the GO GO GO for our racers.
Quite early two riders went harder for getting the best position in front of the main group. The main group stayed close together and went for a hard group-sprint towards the finish line.
