I led our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Watopia. We were on the “Volcano Flat” course on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a three lap training ride with an optional mini-race at the end of the ride. Jam was doing the red group job, well done 👍🏻

As always we started with a pace around 2,6 W/kg and went up later during the ride. I went for 195W avg. for the first lap and 200W avg. for the second one. Overall, we had quite a steady group with a good and stable pace overall.

From where we had 7,3km left to go I gave the GO GO GO for our optional minirace.
In general we stayed quite good together as one group with quite a higher pace as before. From the last ramp near the finish some riders increased their speed significantly. At the downhill towards the finish line all went at full speed until the arch at the beach.
