I led our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Watopia. We rode on the “Triple Twist” course on the Zwift riding platform. The training ride consisted of two laps. There are two sprints on the lap and our optional mini-race at the end of the ride.

Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Scotland. We rode through the virtual streets of Glasgow and the Crit Circuit on the Zwift riding platform. The training ride was 12 laps in total. It included some sprints and KOMs. There was a two lap optional mini-race at the end.

Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Scotland. We were on the “Rolling Highlands” on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a four lap training ride with an optional mini-race at the end. Pace wise I aimed for a 205W avg. before the minirace. Of course we started much lower during the lead-in.
