Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Watopia on the Zwift riding platform. We did the “Sugar Cookie” today, my all time favourite. Thanks Jam for going in red today – Good job!

Today, I led our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Makuri Island. This activity was on the “Electric Loop” course on the Zwift riding platform. In total, it was a four-lap training ride. There were four sprints and an optional mini-race at the end of the ride.
