Today I was leading our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Makuri Islands on the “Fine and Sandy” course on the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a four lap training ride with two sprints each lap and an optional mini-race at the end of the ride.
For a little bit of a training purpose for myself I was going on a gravel bike.

In total it was a six lap training ride with an optional mini-race at the end, the whole last lap. Thanks to all riders for staying together and coming back quickly after every sprint – good job 👍🏻
