I led our GGCC team through the virtual streets of Makuri Islands today. We rode on the “Fine and Sandy” course on the Zwift riding platform. In total, it consisted of four laps. Each of the first two laps had two sprints. And there was an optional mini-race at the end of the ride.

Today, I was leading our GGCC team. We rode through the virtual streets of Innsbruck on the “Innsbruckring” using the Zwift riding platform. In total it was a four lap training ride with an optional full lap mini-race at the end.
